At ZoeGlow, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and securely as possible. This policy outlines our shipping times, conditions, and responsibilities.
1. Order Processing
All orders require 2 to 4 business days for processing before shipment.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
2. Shipping Times
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues).
3. Shipping Costs
Applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
ZoeGlow does not currently offer free shipping promotions.
4. Shipping Responsibility
ZoeGlow is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping company.
5. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent via email once your package has shipped.
You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
7. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
